Axe the Tax - Bensham Manor

Thornton Heath campaigner Ejnar Sorensen has been chosen as the Liberal Democrat candidate for the Bensham Manor by-election on June 10th.

Ejnar Sorensen has lived in Croydon for all of his life and is currently studying for qualifications in IT.

"Labour has taken the Thornton Heath area for granted for far too long. The Liberal Democrats are campaigning to save local post offices like Brigstock Road from closure, to axe the Council Tax and for a permanent 8 strong police presence in the local area," said Ejnar Sorensen.

As the Liberal Democrats were the only party to achieve an increase in the number of their votes at the last General Election in Croydon North, they have a strong chance in this election.
